Professional Groups
HKCSS would conduct tendering for recruiting architect, building surveyor, quantity surveyor and different engineers to join the professional team for modular social housing project. The professional team would assist in conducting feasibility study, designing conceptual layout plan, cost estimation, tendering, project monitoring and so on.

Contractors
Contractors who are interested in modular housing production and construction works must obtain approval from Building Department; comply with Modular Integrated Construction mechanism. Prefabricated building materials for modular housing should have obtained relevant certificates and proved to be safe, non-flammable, and no watertight and met basic sound insulation and thermal insulation requirement. Modular Housing is same as normal housing building, which must comply with the building ordinance set by the Building Department.
